Our role
Cupertino RoofLeak offers homeowner referrals at no charge. We do not provide roof inspections, diagnoses, repairs, installations or contractor estimates. We may receive compensation in connection with referrals.
Any provider assessment, visit or work may carry its own charge. The provider determines those charges and explains its terms directly. A no-charge referral is not a promise of a free estimate or inspection.
Independent contractors
Providers reached through this website operate independently. They are responsible for their own recommendations, availability, pricing, scheduling, contracts and work. We do not warrant or guarantee their work or performance.
Before hiring, you are responsible for checking that the contractor has the licenses and insurance required for your job. Verify identity, review the proposed scope and ask any questions before agreeing to a contract. See the CSLB homeowner hiring guide for general checks.
Calls, routing and availability
Calls may be recorded, screened and routed to independent providers or parties handling service enquiries. A call does not guarantee that a provider is available, that an appointment is booked or that a particular repair can be carried out.
Location, requested scope, weather, access, timing and provider capacity can affect availability. Confirm arrangements directly with the provider. This website is not an emergency-response service.
Images and general information
People shown in photos are models, not listed contractors or a representation of the provider available for a call. Site images are not evidence of work completed by Cupertino RoofLeak or a specific contractor.
Articles and FAQs are general homeowner information. They do not diagnose your roof, replace an on-site assessment, determine insurance coverage or authorize unsafe roof access. For an immediate hazard, seek appropriate emergency assistance.
Your next step remains your choice
Use the site to organize a concern and ask about availability. You choose whether to speak with or hire a provider. Keep a written record of the scope and terms you agree to, and direct questions about the provider’s work to that provider.
